  Utterly useless, slow and rude.
  
  The couriers themselves, lovely, always nice when I get things delivered, always helpful.
  
  The staff at the desk? Rotten is the best way I can describe them, rude on the phone, abhorrent in person, want nothing to do with you and help is out the window. Can't even bother to buy a decent phone, so any call sounds like their underwater and the line is being danced on by twenty guys with scissors.
  
  It's just ludicrous, Even Australia Post is nicer and they are slow as hell.
  
  In short, probably hire a courier from tamworth, gonna cost more, but at least they put in some effort.

  I've had to return packages in the past that were booked for pickup. Waited 2-3 whole days at home for someone to come pick them up and nobody ever showed up even after contact. Got fed up, went there and dropped off the packages myself.
